Because the call record is stored on the Callagenix servers, no special equipment is needed. The phone recording service can be activated by logging into your Callagenix account and setting storage periods and conditions. Call recording is normally up and running within a few hours.
There is no restriction on call length or on the number of lines simultaneously recorded from you business. To retrieve a call, just browse through the search facility for the telephone recording you need.
Unlimited call recording and storage starts from only £25.00 per month.
This equates to approximately 100 hours of telephone recording (3 month minimum commitment – up to 500mb of storage included, additional 500mb cost £10 per month).
